Usable beats marketable
We're not optimizing for a demo. A resident-tracking screen a case worker opens forty times a day matters more than a landing page that looks good in a pitch. We design for the person doing the work, every day, under pressure — not for the person buying the software.

Every system we build has to work for the staff who run it and the people it ultimately serves — a warehouse crew and their retail partners, a case worker and the resident in front of them, a care coordinator and the child in their care. We design for both ends of that relationship, not just whoever signs off on the purchase — so your team isn't stuck with software that only worked in the demo.

Dart Advantage Warehousing
WeSolve Digital became Dart's embedded technology team. We built and run their ERP on the Odoo platform — with custom modules for inventory and pallet tracking that don't exist out of the box, an AI vision pipeline that reads inbound bills of lading and turns them into warehouse receipts automatically, EDI/X12 connections that send shipment and billing documents to partners automatically, CRM automation from inbound email, and the billing and tariff logic finance depends on. We also manage their website and SEO.

We built and manage Atlas's accounting platform on OneView, with extensive custom accounting workflows built for how a multi-entity real estate portfolio actually runs its financials — not a generic install. We also redesigned and rebuilt the Atlas site: fully responsive, an SEO overhaul, and a streamlined contact experience, deployed on infrastructure we manage.

We built Restrak directly alongside MetroHope's staff: resident and admission tracking across every center, a multi-payer billing engine handling insurance claims (EDI), state assistance programs like Group Residential Housing, and self-pay — with AI-powered OCR reading scanned billing documents instead of staff retyping them. Curriculum and class enrollment, discipline and infractions reporting, and role-based access for six distinct staff roles all live in the same system.
